How To Vote Absentee
New York is allowing all voters to vote absentee to help prevent the spread of COVID-19. Please follow the steps below to ensure your vote is counted for the Democratic Primary in June 2022.
- When do I need to send in my absentee ballot? Absentee ballots must be postmarked by the day before election day and must reach the Board of Elections no more than seven days after the election to be counted.
- I did not receive my absentee ballot. What next? If you haven’t received your absentee ballot, please plan to vote early in-person or on Election Day.
